As we offer Print-on-Demand (POD) products, all items are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order details (size, design, address, etc.)
- Product defects (Please note, we do quality checks before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos of the issue, and we will investigate the matter.)
